COACH MEdia was founded in 1999 as SOS Consulting by Stephen
Pia, a 16-year sales veteran. Stephen’s approach has
always been different than most trainers – he believes
that while the training event is important, follow-up activities
are often the key to whether or not the training really delivers
the desired ROI. That is why COACH MEdia offers continuous
support through e-mail, phone and follow-up visits to reinforce
the concepts and apply them to real-life sales situations.
Because of this approach, companies have relied on Stephen
to provide ongoing support in between on-site training programs.
This natural extension of training services led COACH MEdia
to formalize its coaching programs in 2004. At that time,
The company was re-launched as COACH MEdia to reflect this
one-on one approach and the various methods used to deliver
the training, coaching and consulting services.
